Insurance is managed through third-party platforms, including Headway and Rula. These platforms handle insurance verification, billing, and sign-up to help make the process simple and convenient for you.
Some questions these platforms can help you answer include:
What are my mental health insurance benefits?
Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
How many therapy sessions per year does my insurance cover?
What will I pay per therapy session?
Do I need a referral or prior authorization from a doctor?
Using Headway or Rula can help you better understand your insurance coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs before beginning therapy. Coverage and costs vary depending on your insurance plan and provider.

Payment is accepted through Venmo, insurance, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). For in-person appointments, Visa, Mastercard, cash, and checks are also accepted.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
